Note:
1. The broken surface must be 100% dry and clean before use, and there must be no water for at least 24 hours after pasting. , Better viscosity.There should be no impurities on the construction surface, which will affect the viscosity of the tape.
2. The tape is too narrow to affect the waterproof effect. After placing the tape, please try to compact the bubbles to ensure better adhesion. Please note that once installed, please do not relocate or reuse butyl tape because it has a strong adhesive force. Therefore, when pasting, it must be fast and accurate!
3. Can not be used on the back of the water, will fall off. Do not use it directly in water, and butyl tape cannot withstand water pressure.

Answer: I would contact vendor and ask them. It's great stuff and the vendor is very responsive and reliable. 

Question: Will it work to reglue the back window in a mini cooper convertible?

Answer: I'm not sure but it sounds like you'd need something more adhesive-like. This is sort of sticky and pliable, but works best if you have a space to smash it into. More like a seal I think than adhesive.

Question: Is this non toxic?

Answer: All I know is I've used it for years and have never had any problems. It's a synthetic rubber so I'm sure there is probably some toxicity to it. I wouldn't use it in food prep equipment or anything like that.

Answer: Not sure but it’s not too wide or thick. I think it’s perfect size for sealing back some headlights.
