Return & Refund Policy

At DreamzHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid order number from dreamzhub.in is required.
  • Items purchased from other platforms must be returned through those respective platforms.

Replacement & Refund:

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For prepaid orders that are returned, the refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@dreamzhub.in or WhatsApp us at +91 93071 40983 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, return shipping is on us. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your return shipment to ensure it is received.
